Further, our team is experienced in GSA Federal Supply Schedule matters, particularly in advising clients on how to structure proposals to avoid price reduction clause issues and other compliance matters post-award.  We are extremely experienced in negotiating and drafting subcontract agreements tailored for the government contracting space.  Additionally, our attorneys deal with issues pertaining to intellectual property issues that come up in government contracts law. We assist clients in identifying and avoiding inadvertent reduction of intellectual property rights as a result of contracting with the federal government, which can often result in the government acquiring rights in inventions, software, and technical data of the company.
