Sreelekha (Lekha) is a senior transactional attorney at FELLP Law with extensive experience advising companies at every stage of the business lifecycle, from formation and early-stage growth to strategic expansion and successful exits. She brings a business-focused perspective to her practice and has a strong track record of structuring, negotiating, and executing complex corporate transactions across a wide range of industries.

Her transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, and other capital-raising transactions, as well as the negotiation of sophisticated enterprise-level commercial agreements. Lekha regularly works with founders, executive teams, and investors to design scalable corporate structures, support startup planning, and mitigate legal risk while enabling long-term growth.

In addition to her transactional work, Lekha has significant expertise providing comprehensive “outside in-house” counsel services. In this role, she serves as a trusted legal advisor to growing and established companies, offering strategic guidance on day-to-day legal and operational matters. Her advisory practice spans corporate governance, commercial and vendor contracts, employment and workplace issues, regulatory and compliance matters, dispute resolution strategy, and data privacy and information security laws.
